BUSTE D’AURORE

Aurore is a recurring character in Bruno Catalano's work. In this new large-scale bust, the portrait work focuses on the contrast between the hair, the clothing and the calm, concerned figure. This study also reveals the sculptor's characteristic style of giving ordinary figures a heroic stature.
