TOURNE TOURNE

“Tourne tourne” is a unique sculpture by Bruno Catalano that explores questions of perspective in sculpture. Far from the traditional flatness of the face, the artist presents a face without a fixed point, with rounded contours, that moves and rotates on its own axis. This piece is a tribute to sculpture, as this act of rotating directly references the process of modeling. The figure is also brought back to itself, as an indivisible whole.
